本政策適用於 iOS／iPadOS 版本的「台灣十三張」App 與其官方支援管道（如下列聯絡方式：Email）。

This policy applies to the iOS/iPadOS versions of “Taiwan 13 Cards” and our official support channels (email listed below).

我們收集哪些資料？

What Data Do We Collect?

• 應用程式內：預設不收集可識別個人資料。遊戲進度與偏好儲存在您的裝置（本機資料）。
• 客服支援：若您透過 Email 主動提供姓名、聯絡方式、裝置資訊、截圖或錄影，我們僅用於處理您反映的問題。

• In‑App: By default, we do not collect personally identifiable information. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device.
• Support: If you contact us via email and share your name, contact info, device details, screenshots/recordings, we use them solely to address your request.

我們如何使用資料？

How We Use Your Data

僅為提供技術支援、除錯與服務品質改善之目的。除法律要求或取得您的明確同意，否則不另作其他用途。

We use your information only to provide technical support, debugging, and improve service quality. We do not use it for other purposes unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

第三方服務、廣告與追蹤

Third‑Party Services, Ads & Tracking

本 App 不內建第三方廣告 SDK。若未整合分析工具，則不進行跨站追蹤。未來如有變更，我們將更新本頁並在必要時另行告知。

The App does not include third‑party ad SDKs. If no analytics are integrated, we do not conduct cross‑site tracking. Any future changes will be reflected here and, where required, notified to you.

資料保存與安全

Data Retention & Security

客服往來資料僅於達成處理目的所需期間內保存，並採取合理的行政與技術措施保護資料安全。完成處理後即刪除或去識別化，除非法律另有規定。

Support correspondence is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose and is protected with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. We delete or de‑identify it when the purpose is fulfilled unless a longer period is required by law.

• 查詢、閱覽或索取備份（限您提供之客服資料）。
• 要求更正或刪除（在法令許可與技術可行範圍內）。
• 撤回同意（若處理基於您的同意）。

• Access and obtain a copy of data you submitted for support.

Our services are not directed to children. If you are under the age of majority, please use the App with permission and guidance from a legal guardian.
